About the Role

1. Coordinate subcontractors to ensure tasks are done in a properly manner.
2. Assist project managers to coordinate, plan and execute tasks at different projects.
3. Use Buildertrend (Construction Management Software) to manage and keep track of project financials & daily operations.
4. Create daily logs of projects.
5. Request and review subcontractor proposals to execute the buy-out process.
6. Prepare Projects Schedules to present to owners/clients.
7. Manage staffing (Project Engineers & Supervisors) to make sure daily tasks are being completed.
8. Create proposals, change orders, payment applications.
9. Interact in weekly client’s meetings to discuss projects progress.
10. Assist in take offs and estimating process of potential projects.
11. Create Monthly Progress Reports for each project.
12. Analyze drawings and blueprints to understand scope of work and execute correctly.

Requirements

  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Related Field and 1 year of experience in job offered or 1 year of experience in Related Occupation.
